Sacramento CA Real Estate

The process for LJ Hooker is as follows.
First step is to submit a written application, if your application matches the criteria required you will then be invited to attend a series of interviews. If successful you will then be invited for a final interview with a Franchise Owner who may offer you a position.
Good luck!

You are making a great choice in becoming a Real Estate Professional. There has not been a better time to get into this industry.

The school that you are going to be going to should have an option to put you on a list to have brokers contact you so they can tell you more about their company. I would suggest that you get on this list if you do not know any local firms.

If your school does not provide you with that option, get out the Phone Book. Find about 10 brokers in your area and set up an appointment to interview with them all. Don't settle on the first broker you interview. See what each company has to offer. Remember they want you, so take your time and make the decision that feels right to you.

Good Luck,
