The appraisal business is pretty good here. I know you have to work as an appraisers apprentice for a year, and take some classes, but I can&#039;t tell you the exact requirements. Just find a good mentor to work for and you&#039;ll be fine. I know a few that might be willing to take you on. If you want to learn mortgages on the side or while your waiting, I will train you and you won&#039;t need a liscense. Just give me a call.  Ron 619-379-2063</description>
