I know you have to work as an appraisers apprentice for a year, and take some classes, but I can't tell you the exact requirements. Just find a good mentor to work for and you'll be fine. I know a few that might be willing to take you on. If you want to learn mortgages on the side or while your waiting, I will train you and you won't need a liscense. Just give me a call.
