Thermage Under Eye Bags

Jeans and shorts wouldn't be appropriate in most cases. However if you are working a rural market, farms, new construction (while still being built and the lot/home may be dirty/dusty/muddy) then jeans may be acceptable. Most companies/brokerages have a dress policy and your best bet is to stick to it. Slacks and short sleeve shits are usually "okay" for most situations. It comes down to what you and your customers/clients are comfortable with. Gain clients trust and knowledge of the market and most people will be more concerned about how you treat them and perform then what you are wearing.

Hey I am also a real estate broker here in forever summer Singapore. We usually wear short sleeves business shirt with slacks. However for myself, I guess depending on how you look like mature, very young etc you could get off with jeans and a nice Polo T shirt. I do wear jeans & Polo and get comments that I look good and confident. But then my younger colleagues have different comments as they are young and with jeans etc they look like someone that isnt proffesional. As for shorts that I guess is really not the right dress to be selling a house.
